Notes/Domino 6 and 7 Forum : The never ending spam game

Below is a posting of some of my smtp control fields as well as some of my mail routing logs and finally part of an e-mail header. This is just one example of spam still getting through and I can't figure out why it has not been caught. Can anyone lend some helpful advice?

mail header:

The atlasvanlines is spoofed, but the IP resolves to m34.net81-65-201.noos.fr. Shouldn't that have been blocked based upon the .fr?
